We have a Sport Day to celebrate our Independence Day. No Reward because "lomba" should for the children above 6 years old. The child under 6 years old still needs to compete with himself and to strengthen his internal motivation. He will do it because he wants to Not because of others will give him something. This internal motivation will benefit his development more than external motivation.
